We sell our products to over 50 countries and are very familiar with necessary documentation and shipping methods. No shipment is too small or too large. Our site is preprogrammed for international shipping rates or you can email steve@incrediblegifts.com to receive a quote. Due to a growing number of lost international packages IG.com can only ship USPS Express Mail. Express Mail provides a tracking numbers that guarantees delivery. Please be aware that we do not cover duties or other fees with our shipping prices. You need to be aware of those fees and expect them when the package arrives.

If a buyer is unhappy with any item for any reason, he or she can return it within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund. Unless the return is due to an error made by IG.Com , we CAN NOT refund shipping charges. And if you did not pay for shipping, ie received free shipping because the order was over $75 we will charge your credit card for the exact amount that the shipper charged us. SHIPPING:

UPS and Priority Mail both charge a base freight charge and then the freight goes up very slowly according to weight. So for ordering just one item the freight might cost virtually the same as for ordering two or three items. So if you want to get the most value for the freight charge ordering more than one item would be the way to go.

Life-Size Cardboard Standups:
Ground: $14.50 for the first one and $3 each for everyone after that, for example 3 stand ups Ground would cost $20.50. Ground orders usually ship within 2 business days of order being placed, Air orders usually ship the same business day if placed before 10AM PST.
3 Day Air: $30 and $3 each for everyone after that.
2nd Day Air: $45 and $3 each for everyone after that.
Next Day Air: $75, $3 each for everyone after that.
Hawaii and Alaska: $55, $3 each for everyone after that.

UPS: Starts off at $6.00 to $7.00 and goes up .20 to .85 per pound depending on where you live. Takes about 1 to 8 business days. Will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. To Count the days for package arrival of Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day air start with either the day it was ordered, if it was ordered before 11AM PST or the following day if it was ordered after 11AM PST. Then count every 24 hours after that not counting the weekends or major holidays. For Example if you ordered an item on Tuesday at 2 PM PST 2nd day air it would arrive on Friday. 3 Day air would arrive on Monday.

USPS Priority Mail: One Pound $4.60, Two pounds $4.90, and goes up .45 to 1.25 per pound depending on where you live. Takes about 1 to 4 business days. For Domestic, APO, AFO, and P.O. Boxes. No For International Orders.
